Each module explores a different area of life, helping you understand how it functions, where energy is supported or drained, and what is available to you in this season.
Module 1 — Seeing Your Life Clearly
An introduction to the framework and how to use it.
This module helps you step out of survival mode and begin observing your life without judgement or pressure to change anything.
Module 2 — Energy & Capacity
Explores how energy is created, depleted, and restored in daily life.
You’ll begin to understand why certain seasons feel heavy and how to work with your capacity rather than against it.
Module 3 — The Self
Looks at identity, self-connection, and how motherhood can quietly reshape who you are.
This module supports reconnection without needing to “find yourself” or reinvent anything.
Module 4 — Health
Focuses on how health fits into real life, not ideal life.
You’ll explore supportive rhythms and realistic care without rigid rules or optimisation.
Module 5 — Home
Examines the home as a living system that can either support or drain you.
This module helps you see where friction exists and how to simplify without perfection.
Module 6 — Time
Looks at time pressure, pace, and unrealistic expectations.
You’ll explore how time is actually being used and where more space may already exist.
Module 7 — Work & Contribution
Explores paid and unpaid work, contribution, and purpose.
This module helps clarify what feels meaningful now — not what “should.”

Looks at partnership as a shared system rather than roles to perform.
You’ll explore how growth can happen alongside another person, not at their expense.
Module 9 — Family Life
Explores family as a dynamic, changing ecosystem.
This module supports clarity around responsibility, rhythm, and presence.
Module 10 — Relationships
Looks at relationships as regulating or draining forces.
You’ll explore boundaries, connection, and why some relationships nourish while others exhaust.

This final module helps you see how each area of life speaks to the others, and how to return to this framework as life evolves.
